Prospective Members

Payment in Full:

New members pay the full $40,000 initiation fee with their application.

They receive 1 year of free dues and cart or trail fees- a value of $7,750

 Phased Initiation Fee:

New members pay 50% with their application, 25% after the first six months and 25% on the anniversary of their joining date.

New members receive a $250 dues credit for 12 consecutive months-a total of $3,000.
